Finca El Ángel is one of the newest additions to Rafael Jr.’s coffee journey, acquired in 2022 after years of experience managing his family’s farms and a desire to create his own vision for specialty coffee. Located on the slopes of Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador, the farm benefits from high altitude, volcanic soils, and a unique climate with dramatic temperature variations.
