Neftaly Fajardo is a farm nestled in the mountains of the central-western Cauca region of Colombia, and is known for its variety select program that comprises of multiple coffee cherries from a single noteworthy variety, usually sourced from several farms and blended together. These specific lots are designed to highlight the flavour potential that is inherent in specific coffee varieties and produces high microlot quality coffee beans.
The end result is a fantastic and complex cup that includes wine-like acidity and clean fruit-like sweetness, as well as dark and sweet berry flavours.
