Subiaco Store
Specialty coffee, delivered across Perth
Most coffee sitting on a supermarket shelf was roasted six months ago and shipped from the other side of the country. Ours is roasted to order in Welshpool and delivered right across the Perth metro — Fremantle to Joondalup, the CBD to the Hills.
Whether you’re brewing one cup a morning at home, keeping a break room running, or supplying a site crew, we’ll help you find a coffee that suits how you actually drink it. No jargon, no scoring sheets. Just a straight recommendation and a bag that arrives fresh.
Not sure where to start? Take the two-minute quiz and we’ll narrow it down.
Subiaco Concept Store — taste before you commit
Address: 439D Hay Street, Subiaco
We opened Subi in 2019 with one idea: coffee should be as approachable to explore as wine. The store is built like a cellar door — sit down, work through coffees from different growing regions side by side, and figure out what you actually like rather than what you’re told you should.
Espresso and filter are available dine-in or takeaway, alongside home brewing gear and beans to take with you. Newcomers welcome. There’s no wrong answer.
Details: Mon–Sat 7am–2pm · Sun 8am–2pm
Coffee tastings: weekdays 10am–1pm, weekends 9am–1pm
Welshpool Roastery & Café — where it's all roasted
Address: 41 Welshpool Road, Welshpool
Every bag we sell starts here. Grab a coffee, watch a roast run, and collect an online order on your way through — orders placed before 1pm are ready the next business day.
It’s also where our wholesale and office customers come to talk through blends, equipment and delivery schedules. If you’re supplying a café, a site or a break room, this is the conversation to have in person.
Opening Hours: 7am – 1pm Monday to Friday
